Alansocks.it ships to the address provided at the time of order confirmation via one of these courier:

  1. SDA
  2. Poste Italiane
  3. GLS
  4. UPS
  5. DHL
  6. BRT

The first delivery attempt is made approximately in 24/48 hours in most Italian locations.

Europe: from 3 to 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and holidays) beyond the day of shipment in 85% of consignments;

Delivery times depending on the place of departure and arrival of the shipment. Therefore, the customer is required to check the actual delivery times in the appropriate section of the website.

DELIVERY

The Supplier will deliver the selected and ordered products, in the manner chosen by the Buyer or indicated on the website at the time the goods are offered.

Shipping times may vary from the day of the order itself, for the processing of the same and for the delivery times given by the courier.

Time for order processing: 1 to 2 working days.

Shipping time: from 3 to 5 working days (except for customs formalities where applicable).

The times listed above do not include the normal times for verifying the crediting of the requested amount which may vary according to the payment method chosen.

In the event that the Supplier is unable to ship within this deadline but, in any case, within that indicated in the following point, the Buyer will be promptly notified by e-mail.

Upon delivery of the Products by the courier appointed by the Supplier, the buyer is required to carefully check:

a) That the anti-burglary label is intact and the packaging is not damaged or otherwise altered;

b) Any damage to the anti-burglary label, packaging and products or information must be immediately contested by the buyer, who may contact the supplier specifying the order for which such misunderstandings occurred.

Cases of force majeure, unavailability of means of transport, as well as unforeseeable or unavoidable events that cause a delay in deliveries or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the delivery cost charged to the Supplier, will give the same the right to split , postpone or cancel, in whole or in part, the expected delivery or to terminate the Purchase Agreement. In such cases, the Supplier will be responsible for providing timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the purchaser and the latter will have the right to a refund of any price already paid, excluding any further claim, for any reason, against of the Supplier.
